Our Policies

Cancellations, Appointments, and Walk-Ins

We kindly ask that you provide at least 2 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients and respect the schedules of our technicians. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled. We understand that emergencies can happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if something unexpected comes up. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us provide the best service for all our clients.

We gladly welcome walk-in clients whenever availability allows. However, please note that we may stop accepting walk-ins up to one hour before closing to ensure our technicians have enough time to complete services without rushing. To guarantee a spot, we recommend booking an appointment in advance, especially during evenings and weekends. Thank you for understanding!

Guarantee

We will redo any service if you’re unsatisfied with the quality of our work, provided you let us know immediately before leaving the salon. Once you’ve walked out the door, we consider that you’ve accepted and are happy with the results.

Regular polish is highly prone to wear and chipping. We do NOT guarantee the longevity of any regular polish product once the service has been completed. Any fixes will incur an additional charge.

We offer a 3-day repair policy for gel and nail enhancements, which means we will perform any repairs due to our workmanship at no extra charge. Please note that changes in length, shape, or color do not qualify as repairs. After this period, any repairs will incur a charge.

Please keep in mind:

- We do not offer refunds or credits simply due to a change of mind.

- We will charge for repairs if damage occurs due to lack of care, including broken, chipped, or lifting nails cause after leaving the salon.

Methods of Payment

We accept cash, credit, and tap payments. We offer a cash discount program. All posted prices reflect a cash price. A 3% card processing fee will apply to credit and debit payments. 

Gift Card

Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time​

Gift cards are not redeemable if lost or stolen
